As Development Manager, we’re overseeing the transformation of this three-storey department store into a new entertainment hub. The final scheme will see the creation of a 12,555 sqft 4-screen cinema, 6,500 sqft of leisure amenities and 7,000 sqft of restaurant space with a roof terrace, outside seating areas and new public realm.
