Key Challenges

  • Inherited from a previous project team, so a detailed review period and rebaseline was required to drive the programme forward
  • Key relationship building with the council representatives and neighbouring properties was vital
  • Proposed development fills the whole site footprint, so carefully programmed logistics, regarding crane access, welfare and material storage was crucial
