Acting as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on the refurbishment of this former hotel in West Drayton, we’re helping Oak Housing provide much needed social accommodation. The works involve the refurbishment of the existing accommodation, the reconfiguration of inefficient areas to
add new rooms and improvements to the communal areas to create social hubs.
